    Hello! I've just started using the software but I'm having trouble keeping my emails from going to spam. Do you have any guides on how to authenticate my email? I tried to talk to customer service from the software but I don't think they have anyone to contact via chat.

    Thanks for the information. Is your Mailbox warm-up no longer available? If so do you recommend an alternative warming tool? Thanks.

      Thanks so much for watching and for the question! So, in an ongoing effort to help our customers protect their mailboxes and improve email deliverability, Apollo retired its mailbox warm-up feature on January 1, 2024.
      We recommend that you focus on improving email deliverability by following general email best practices with our guided checklist.
      Found here -> 21165194.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/21165194/Checklists_Apollo%E2%80%99s%20Cold%20Email%20Deliverability%20Checklist.pdf
      Being your own warm-up system can contribute significantly to sustainable email deliverability. It may sound very manual, but parts of it can still be automated if you use sequences in Apollo!

    Since Apollo wants to charge an arm and a leg for exports, they REALLY need to integrate an additional email validation system into their software so that this can be run internally. I wouldn't mind paying for a screen for "catch all" emails and to catch emails in the system that may have more recently been turned into honeypots.

      Hey there! First, thank you very much for watching and for taking the time to leave your feedback! To answer the first part of your comment, the details surrounding how Apollo verifies emails can be found here...
      - knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/10826699994381-How-Apollo-Verifies-Emails
      Additional context is also provided here -> knowledge.apollo.io/hc/en-us/articles/10619188727309-Email-Verification-A-Brief-Introduction
      To summarize from these links, we do have an email verification system. It is not a third party; it is proprietary, and it runs in the background when the users request to have the email address of a contact. It's true we don't display how many emails could be "catch-all" but It doesn't mean that we're not looking out for them. 😄We simply classify emails in "Likely to engage," "Verified," and "Guessed," depending on the trust level that Apollo has in the email connecting with the lead.
      One final note regarding "catch-all" emails: We will soon include identification for them as part of our email status, but this is still in the works!
      Thanks again!
