Hello! I've just started using the software but I'm having trouble keeping my emails from going to spam. Do you have any guides on how to authenticate my email? I tried to talk to customer service from the software but I don't think they have anyone to contact via chat.

Since Apollo wants to charge an arm and a leg for exports, they REALLY need to integrate an additional email validation system into their software so that this can be run internally. I wouldn't mind paying for a screen for "catch all" emails and to catch emails in the system that may have more recently been turned into honeypots.

It's true we don't display how many emails could be "catch-all" but It doesn't mean that we're not looking out for them. 😄We simply classify emails in "Likely to engage," "Verified," and "Guessed," depending on the trust level that Apollo has in the email connecting with the lead.
